What to Expect:
This workshop is not just about learning; it’s about experiencing. Participants will:
- Engage in guided meditation and mindfulness exercises that illustrate how the ANS responds to different emotional states.
- Explore body techniques and movement exercises designed to foster a sense of safety and connection.
- Participate in discussions on how these experiences translate into real-world applications, particularly in the context of romantic relationships and sexual intimacy.
! Given the experiential nature of this workshop, we recommend wearing comfortable or even athletic attire to fully participate in the activities. The session will be dynamic, hands-on, and conducted on the floor—perfect for those ready to step out of their comfort zone and into a space of embodied learning.
