The issue of hemi-sync has been of great interest to us lately, as evidenced by our study published in Volume 18, edited under the aegis of ETPA. On that occasion, the contribution of Robert Monroe, the founder of the institute bearing his name, was reiterated, and a series of exercises were provided to place the individual in a state of awakening.
Starting from the practice of medical hypnosis, we can realize the incredible influence of the mind on our body. Reality is shaped by the way we think. In other words, constant meditative practice can beneficially influence each of our realities by developing the strategic position of the observer, i.e., the ability to detach from the drama we are experiencing at any given moment. Through observation, one can solve a problem creatively, valuing it as a life lesson that brings about a state of well-being. Meditation based on hemi-sync neurotechnology, however, means much more.
